Australian Indigenous Cultural Network (AICN)

Integrating screen shots, a moving cursor and audio narration, this 15 minute interactive presentation tool – authored in Macromedia’s Flash – demonstrates key components of Ara Irititja’s electronic database. AICN used the demonstration at UNESCO meetings in Paris and Geneva to explain how Indigenous communities in Australia are using IT advances to preserve, access and manage cultural materials. Ernabella Video Television Archiving ProjectErnabella Video Television — Video Archiving Project

Rightside Response extracted and prepared hundreds of short digital video clips from the Ernabella Video Television Archive. The clips have subsequently been incorporated into several electronic archiving systems and a variety of digital products.
