The Curator’s Table

The Curator’s Table website is an online educational resource developed in partnership with Outreach Education (Department for Education and Child Development). Aimed at Years 6 and 9 students, it facilitates the Australian Curriculum: History. The first chapter, which is currently available, explores the affect of World War I on Germans living in South Australia.

The concept enables students to explore the role of a Curator, through examining documents, objects, dossiers and other media. Through this exploration, students are required to analyse material and answer a series of questions. As further chapters and curriculum are developed they will be added to the online resource.
